 How long does my order take?

Domestic Shipping Policy

Domestic delivery means that an ordered product is sent from a warehouse located in the same country and have an estimated delivery time of 4-15 days

What is ePacket delivery?

ePacket is a free delivery option that is much faster than the  popular free China Post delivery option. With ePacket delivery, it takes up to 15 days for the customer to receive his order in comparison to 5-21 days using China Post delivery option. However, ePacket is only available to a select number of countries.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

What are the Shipping rates & delivery estimates?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 * Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

 Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Which means if an order is placed on the weekend the process begins but will be shipped out the next working business day.  Also, please note that when purchases are made, Oberlo fills the order is filled and the products are shipped through one of the following shipping options like Aliexpress. Shipping through Epacket.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Customs, Duties and Taxes

 Uptrend77 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 Damages

 Uptrend77 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

 We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
